The program will provide information about various health and wellness topics and allow students to interact with their peers, campus organizations, and community resources.
Attendees are invited to read or perform their own work or music or share a favorite piece of poetry or prose. Participants will be invited to sign up at the beginning of the program.

Penn State Altoona will host an Out of the Darkness Walk on Saturday, April 5. The purpose of this walk is to raise awareness and money for suicide prevention. 100% of donations go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
